From: "Bob May" To: "atmlist" Reply-To: "Bob May" What you may want to do when the metric sized PVC pipe is too large for the EP is to slot it and then do the boiling water thing with a hose clamp around the top part of the tube where you slotted it. That will bring the diameter in a bit to the point where you will be able to have the EPs held in a friction fit to the tube. One slit will probably work but three will probably be the best for a 0 slop fit.
