Tejraj Opticals in Mumbai does coating. I have got my 4 inch done from him
and it was quite nice. He is a bit temparamental and there are no
guarantees on time schedules. He is at www.tejraj.com . He has a nice
collection of telescope accessaries and sells reflector /refractors of his
own make. Galileo Telescope Makers ( I think
they are in Delhi )also undertake coating.
If you join our group 'amateurs_ciaa' at yahoo groups you will find many
members from Gujrat Ahemedabad area who would be able to help you out
