That's weird...and unfortunate.

I was thinking, of all the foods I miss the most being a diabetic is home
made bread.  You can keep the candy, the pasta and all that...but I miss
bread.

I'm in a study at Johns Hopkins and the dietician tells me that I'm
avoiding a lot of things I can eat...and then she tells me how much is
allowed....and I laugh a lot and tell her that such a small amount is an
insult, I just do without the item.

Wonder is anyone is using/having success with non-traditional herbs, etc.
to control the sugar levels?
