Salem sometimes pushes their prepared solutions of CeO and water as the
pros often use it already prepared.  It saves them time trying to get the
mixture exactly right.  I've gotten a bottle of some other stuff from them
as a sample in the last order that was placed when the need for CeO and
pitch both were ordered.
The stuff that I got did work well although it was a bit more agressive and
thus plate glass mirrors tended to get a bit more dogbuscuit on them than
the regular stuff.
I'd use it and the worst is that you'll have to go get some rouge from
GotGrit if things get rough.
