Most likely all of the shooters were not of a particular race or color.  As
far as being fair game...I was making a reference to being a target myself
in the 60's....I worked for a local government and during the race riots,
all of us were targets....even firefighters putting out the fires in houses
were targets....

I hear some of the same sick stuff coming out of NO, and echoed on the
local race radio stations here.
