Hmm. I don't recall seeing brackets in numeric IPv6 addresses.
I think most people running Argus & BinkD will just be using hostnames
rather than numeric IP addresses so the issue just comes down to whether
the programs actually support the IPv6 stack. Both are open source, so
presumably someone will write code for that when the need arises.
