Apart from setting S register 0 to 0 and S register 95 to 47 all the rest
are factory defaults.

What a waste of time!

Why not: AT&FS0=0S95=47
   Then: AT&W0

All you need for an init. string then is ATZ. (Or ATZ0 if you prefer)
