Is that ".com"? [;*)
I got on to http://support.novell.com/products and got into the
unsupported (?!?) area, but I think I've been here before. I got a
lot of hits on installing client32 under Windows 98, but very little
about installing Netware itself.
I just spent a half-hour or so digging around on the site and couldn't
find anything. I'll dig around s'more later when I have a bit more
time.
I have already downloaded a couple of .pdf's on installing Netware
v4.11 from Novell's support sites. There are sections on installing
under Windows 95 in those .pdf's as well as in the Netware online
help. The gist of it is to boot to DOS to install the server software
and drivers and stuff. This may work for '95, but doesn't work for
'98.
What I did was to install NW411 on my DOS (v5) partition and copy the
files back over to the Windows 98 partition. It won't run. The error
indicates that a memory manager is loaded. I disabled all of the
memory management features that I could but I still get the error.

This is really putting a cramp in my plans here. I _really_ don't
want to be rebooting back and forth between different operating
systems to be sharing files and such, nor do I want to have
large-scale file duplication between partitions.
I may have to break down and dedicate a server to it, but I don't
really have the traffic to justify that.
Say... I don't suppose that you have this installed under Windows, do
you? I'd like to get some opinions about how well it works from
someone who is doing or has done it.
In any event, thanks for the reply, Lindsey. Take care and TTYL.
