That Sucks.. I have at times been able to see an endo, and I have also gone 
to the diabetic Nurse at the local Hospital for visits and training. When I 
was going to the endo, She would bang heads with him something fierce. He and 
I thought that the lo-carb was the best route for me and my Chemistry. She 
absolutely refused me to go on lo-carb. I told her it works best for me. She 
still refused and finally threatened to tell my Dr. I said, Go ahead! 
She did not realize it was his idea!

But the endocrinologist is what got me finally on the right track.
