  Harold,   You need to write down this info when you get on the list. If no
one told you how to get off
the list, then when you return from your vacation you would have 200 to 400
listings in your E-mail.
     But I am a kind soul..... to remove yourself send the following command
in E-mail to....
                 unsubscribe             or send mail
to 
    with the following command in the body of your E-mail
unsubscribeatm     ...
          If you still have problems getting off the list then contact via
E-mail....    
    this will get you in contact with a human that can help you, have a good
vacation...
