Excellent!  BTW, what was the regional setting 'set' to?  Did you change
the setting to something else?  Do you still get a 'Run-Time error' when
trying to save a file or exiting?

Answers to these questions would be of great help in my troubleshooting.  I
thought I had handled all the possible numeric regional setting
combinations, but its kinda complicated stuff! :)
