Hi
Bino telescopes do require more adjustments but it
it truly worth the extra effort.
Things I've learned.
1. Needs field rotation adjustment. 2. Each tube should have one degree of
adjustment,
one tube for horizontal and one tube for vertical co-collimation.
3. Pivot for this adjustment is best near secondary/tertiary
mirror ( if other mechanical, weight or such makes this
practical ).
4. Have slots to adjust primary tube mount. When I changes something,
I always find that the adjustment screws don't have enough range.
5. Consider using your own mount for tertiary mirrors. Most star
diagonals will interfer for smaller inter-pupil distances.
6. You'll need larger secondaries than you'd normally use. Dwight
