this error appears to be a "file not open" error... sounds like
iceedit possibly can't locate the temp file that contains the message being
responded to... either that, or something in the config file is pointing to
the wrong location... based on the following...

 ADM> ú Error has occurred at 0C20:B219.
 ADM> ú Code location: 1.

i dunno where code location 1 is in the code jeremy wrote...
