Before running a purge on a NW4.11 server, I ran SERVMAN to check disk space
utilization on the volume that I was about to purge. It reported that 55%
of the allocated space was used before the purge, and 67% after the purge.
Does anybody know why the available disk space decreases as a result of a
purge? If so how do I reclaim the disk space that I lost? I kinda' thought
that it was an isolated problem with this particular server, but I have
tried it on several more, and they all work the same. Any thoughts would be
appreciated.
