The latter two were listings rejected by the EK because of a technical
matter that the EK didn't like. Rather than fight the brick wall attitude
of the EK, the moderator chose not to list those echoes. LaCosta listed
himself as the FN_SYSOP moderator and Jack Yates listed the FIDONEWS echo
on expiration. Subsequently, when he gave up moderating, he gave the
listing password to Ross Cassell.

LaCosta doesn't even link to FN_SYSOP. His listing as moderator there is
as erroneous as his listing as moderator of HAM. Bjorn Felten claims to be
the moderator of FN_SYSOP and FIDONEWS and he has a lot of backing from
his peers in Z2. However, he's an ineffective moderator, which is why the
latter echo is what it is.

Thus, the elist isn't accurate in all four of these echoes.
