Here's my early report on v4 problems.

1 Had to install several times, including reformat, due to
read/write errors (sys2070 I think). I don't blame warp, yet.
Probably a hardware fault. On upgraded hardware it also reported
an error. Just in case, I reformatted and reinstalled without
error. OK now.

2 One install saw my sb16 as a pas and installed for that.

3 The IAK icons drop out. Particularly U-mail. The icons function
some times, and not others. Have had to delete the folder, and
run ifolder and reboot, regularly.

4 The sound level changes (big increase) every time I exit
Winos2. I reset the os/2 volume control, and next boot, the sound
has dropped too low again. Didn't do that with v3, and my sound
card in the same. Anyone else found this?

5 Crashes the wps (and reboots flakey) if I cycle through the
fonts under os/2 system...system setup...font palette. (sys3170 I
think, exception 00000000 00000000). I use a mattrox pci video
card.

6 No new canon bj300/330 driver as suggested. :(

7 An install of a new 2.1g hd on the second controller proved
difficult (I've never seen it before; sorry, didn't write them
down). os/2 saw it as a >4g drive, and refused to access it. We
had to remove it, partition it on another system under dos, and
reinstall. Bios saw it ok. Got another error until I copied a
file, then, no more. ??

Am trying the beta of Lotus Word Pro. Falls over a lot. And, the
import filters and some fonts fall over, and I have to reboot to
return word pro to normal. OK, that's fine, it's a beta. But, it
installed the british dictionary, and word pro keeps looking for
the oz dictionary. I can't find an oz dictionary on the cd. I can
change it for each doc in file...document properties, but, I
can't find a way of setting 'british' as default. Any clues?

Right now, it seems less stable than v3, but that may be due to
the word pro beta, and the netscape/2 beta2.
