I broke down and took another trip down to see my troublesome user as he
couldn't upload the system.ini file that seems to be of interest in solving
the modem problem I'm having with him, which means I have to type all this
stuff in by hand. :-(

This is the verbatim system.ini I got from my user.  It doesn't look
anything like the .ini I had on my 486 DX2-66 and doesn't mean much to me.

I double checked and he's got Windows 3.11 and a desktop 386 but I forgot
to check the speed.
