That's interesting indeed! My local copy of the file originally downloaded
has no extra blank lines in it.  Each line has something on it.  I went
through and looked at the file with DEBUG and there are no oddities in the
file other than a number of lines have additional spaces after the last
character on the line.  The file ends with a CRLF and there is no EOF
character on the file, something which usually isn't done anymore and
probably isn't done with Oslo.  In addition, there are no 8 bit characters
in the file.  As far as I can see, it should be a good valid file. Bob May
