One small detail - - the secondaries will have to be adjusted as well

Subject: ATM Mirrors for small binoculars
Hey Guys,
I've aquired a number of 4 1/2" F8 and 5" F8 aluminized parabolic
mirrors of decent quality in cells with collimation adjustments. Also some
tubes and mounting rings. Local ATM geeks are urging me to make up a couple
of pairs into binos. It has been suggested that the mounting rings mounted
base to base might be incorporated into the assembly of the tubes. Then the
tubes could be rotated for interpupillary adjustment. Bino collimation is
not going to be as simple as back to back mounting rings. Comments, ideas,
caveats, please.
Seeing Double?
Bill
