G'day Russ,
        Yup.. I'm intending to figure the blank using my machine as well. Doing
it
by hand doesn't work for me. I originally built the machine as I enjoy the
process of grinding/polishing but I have severe pain in the lumbar region
doing it all by hand. Apparently the mirror can be figured by machine so
I'll be trying to learn the techniques of doing it. One thing I've become
aware of though is that doing 1/2 hr to an hour on a machine makes a big
change. The sessions are starting to become much shorter now.
