My library of useful old messages is lost in transit .. but here I have two
Alcatels, one 12/'91 and the other 8/'94.  The earlier one was a
replacement for an earlier one with that problem.  The later one, a
replacement for one from around '92? having the other (faulty hook switch)
problem mentioned.
