I've no idea, but I did take them to task recently over their constant
"Yes" advertising, when all they kept saying to me was
"no".  Ended up changing back to Telstra for STD, and switched
our THREE mobile accounts to Telstra as well, simply because they flatly
refused to connect another analogue mobile of mine to their network under
the $10 plan (which Telstra still have).  Bloody funny way to run a
business if you ask me...

Well they're not getting any more cashflow from me, I can assure you.  :)
