beserk here and becomes a weed...

 AS> What is your political system ? (I mean rather political situation).

We have a General Election sometime towards the end of next year,  
when 60 representatives will be elected by 1.6 million voters 
(total population of 4 million, only those 18 or older get a 
vote).  Some 12 political parties also get voted for,  and then 
their front men are used to set up Parliament with a mix of 
elected and front men that equals the party share of the party 
vote.

Its called MMP,  for "multi-membership proportions" or something, 
but really its "Mickey Mouse Politics" because it allows total 
lunatics to become politicians !

One `party' wants to legalise marijuana,  and at one stage was all 
set to ban dihydrogen monoxide (water) until another twit told 
them that students had conned them....

Politically,  NZ is bumbling confusedly into the future like a 
drunk  -  but that's currently the people's choice !
