Franklin and co didnt have today's hypermagnets created by 
toroidal coils;  if you apply one of those to the top of the 
forehead,  you "pause" consciousness !  Any side-effects aren't 
yet charted, but apparently the effect is spectacular;  the little 
button magnet sewn into the quack-clothing are incapable of 
creating any such result...

It would be nice if today's leaders had the same depth and range 
of capacities as Franklin !
