Hello John,

On Mar 22 17:23 in a msg to Peter Collis, John Clarke of 3:713/730 wrote:

Were you at PC97? Looked around for you then...

Anyway, spoke to a USR rep there, by name of Marc Sillers. He said the
upgrade consists of a flash of the new code, a power-off and pause, a power
on and check, and then shipped out. But he did suggest calling their tech
support side to check (I pointed out to him that it is rather inconvenient
having your modem off-line when you are running a mailer that collects mail
for other nodes).

Cheers,
Poe
