Hello Russell.

Replying to a message from Russell Brooks to John Piper ...

JP> A shame. I wonder if it was a line related condition or something
JP> relating to your new SDL.

RB> More the line conditions at the time I think...We we in the middle of
RB> a storm up here at the time.

Could explain it. Even so, the line conditions were quite good.

JP> (*) Why IS it called a domestic SDL?

RB> Domestic flights on planes are flights within the country they took off
 RB> from....

[...]

I know the meaning of the word "domestic"; what I was referring
to was the meaning WRT Couriers ...

RB> A Domestic Modem or SDL is presumably one that is intended for the
RB> country in which it was made, therefore it is domestic to that country.

Surely the same can be said for the Austel SDL ...
