 CDR containing latest VIA drivers, and onboard sound, and LAN drivers.

  This mainboard uses the VIA KT400 chipset. Has (1) 8X AGP slot, 
 (6) PCI slots, and 4 rear USB 2.0 ports. Has onboard sound, and 
 10/100 LAN. Both can be disabled from BIOS if you wish to use PCI cards.
