I'm running a Vibra16 here under os/2 V4 (was v3) and both of those
versions have found and used the Vibra card ok...

here's my config.sys file with the vibra/soundblaster bit...

My card is set for: Irq 10, High DMA 1, Low DMA 5, Adr 220, Midi Adr 330

The card work's great and I've not had any trouble with it...
