  I can think of about that many also -- and know that in each case it
  is the result of a conscious decision of the person who is/was the
  moderator, i.e. they intentionally allowed the Elist entry to expire.
  I do not think that Thom can be held at fault for a moderator's
  neglect or refusal to utilize his services.

  The echos I know about are HAM, AUTOMOTIVE, FN_SYSOP and FIDONEWS.
  Do you have others?
