The optimum secondary size will vary according to your focal length and
tube diameter. You should download a copy of NEWT and use it to model your
scope. That way you'll choose the proper secondary and drill all the holes
in the right place...

Hello all,

I am just about finished with my 10" dob, and now it's time to select
a secondary mirror. What size should I purchase? Is there a formula I
should follow to determine the size of the secondary? Let me know all!
Thanks in advance for your assistance, Jon
