When did this disagreement actually start? Was it more of a you/him

Ok, if the Elist were maintained by someone else whoose attitude
was to treat everyone equally. And looked at the integrity and accuracy
of the Elist as their primary goal. Would that change your outlook
regarding the Elist? Amoung other things I am trying to see just how much
real support/desire there is for a new Elist or for an Elist at all.
