Frankly, I don't believe the echolist is long for this world. There's no
longer a 'backbone' system in place and really no need for any list of
moderators these days. I stopped updating my echoes earlier this year.
Thom updated the HAM echo and named himself as moderator, but that doesn't
make him moderator; I'm still doing that job.
