| subject: | Using Netscape/2 offline |
Hi there... Simple question: how can I use Netscape/2 simply to view HTML documents offline, without needing TCP/IP installed? (ie: on Warp Red spine 3.0, with no fix packs). I can use Netscape 3.0 in a Win 3.1 session to do this...it simply informs me that the network connection is down, and then I am free to load any HTML file and view it from my hard disk. I would rather use the OS/2 version though, so is there a way to do this? When I open it, it just dumps me at the settings notebook. (incidently, so does HTML Studio...are these problems related???) thanks, Mat. --- Fmail - The City BBS* Origin: The City BBS Sydney Australia -> V.34 (3:711/410) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 625/160 711/409 410 430 808 809 934 946 951 SEEN-BY: 711/955 963 712/515 713/317 714/906 800/1 @PATH: 711/410 808 934 |
