Seems like many of us are catching the "virus" round town.

Just wanted to hear what others do when you are down with a cold or flu?  I
have a rough time if it's anything that upsets the stomach/intestinal track. 
If I can't keep food down I usually end up in the hospital.

For the cough, sneeze variety bug I usually just drink as much liquid as I can
hold and monitor my glucose very closely.

Either way... it's rough!  Just wondered what other survival tips some may have
out there.
