I didn't list it because I was sick and tired of having to play LaCosta's
games.

That's been the game many have played. Your elist didn't make any
difference in the end. One side claims their choice is moderator, the
other side says that since it is elisted by somebody, that makes them the
moderator. Which is a fat lie.
