Try HotDog Pro. It takes FOREVER to start up, but it's got more features
than anything else I've seen.
All the OS/2 stuff I've tried (about 4 of them) are just glorified text
editors. Looks like I'm staying with WebEdit Pro for Win95.

Try WebEdit (www.nesbitt.com). I like it because it's not WYSIWYG, but it
does have Wizards if I need them (like table, form and multimedia). Good for
JAVA and other multimedia tags I couldn't be bothered learning.
