With Ronchi grating covering source and image region you do not need slit and therefore no need to wary about parallelism. But you are doing it this way, right? To check if mirror is warped by its weight and bad support, you may construct simple warping contraption* in order to flex the mirror intentionally and in controlled way about one diameter, and see how this will influence test image. If it will than it should rotate with the mirror. (*Something similar to Bill Kelley center pull but in one diameter only).
