G'day Bob,
When I was making my dental stone tile tools, I was suffering the
sudden
rush to finish due to the stone suddenly thickening. As I show on the web
site in my sig, by putting the mould for the tool onto my orbital sander
and glueing the tiles into position I was able to completely fill the mould
with no voids or bubbles. If the stone needed touching up and it had
thickened to the point of being unworkable, a quick blast of the orbital
motion liquefied it again and you could continue again. Hope this helps.
Cheers
John Murray
