Pigs are very intelligent ... there was one featured in a Herald 
article years ago who lived on a farm cut in half by the Southern 
Motorway.  It bathed once a day in the swimming pool, was a full 
family member - and rounded up the dogs, cat and ducks every 
afternoon for a walk down to the bridge where they'd line up to 
peek at the crazy motorists racing up and down...

You'd have to watch your ps and qs to enjoy the company of such an 
animal...
