It wasn't Agassi's "newness" that wore off.. he stopped winning so much, and
advertisers decided to stay away instead of knocking on his door with ads.
The same goes for Woods. If he had missed the cut after the first round of
his first few tournaments, sponsers would be staying away in droves.
Bottom line: Being unique helps, but winning is what it's all about
