 TW> G'day Mick!

MH> and go for a fixpack above 17 (26 current). FP17 introduced a lot of

 MH> performance improvements.

TW> Reading between the lines, exactly how bad was Warp 3.0, straight off

 TW> the CD?

When I was running Warp Red Box with Windows 3.11 installed I was having

about 1/4 of the crashes I was getting with just Windows, about one every

other day. Dumped win3 and halved that, with FP#17 I didn't have any crashes

that wern't my fault, also noticed a significant preformance boost.

This was with a 386dx40 with 8mb, then u/g to 486dx2/66

Warp Connect runs well off the CD, except for the Web Explorer, its an

early version that I have trouble with, get WEBEX11F or later.

Netscape is good for surfing but I have yet to get it to d/l more than

60% of any file.

TW> D'ye have an FTP site, per chance?

I'm working on it, a __MAJOR__ undertaking when I don't know anything

about TCP/IP etc.8-(
