subject: FOSSIL hell.

JD>So I'm suffering in FOSSIL hell right now.

JD>Damnit, the only part of door writing I don't like is dealing with
JD>the communications routines. Why can't it be simple?

This is probably why I never wrote a door. Couldn't find any
instructions on doing the fossil/comm stuff.

JD>I'm ready to say "too hell with FOSSIL and DOS/16bit" at this point.
JD>Sockets are so much nicer (never thought I'd say that).

As much as I can't help with the programming, I for one would like to
beg you not to do this. My landline system still runs DOS and a dialup
modem and this is where I run all my leagues from.....:(
