That Makes a lot of sense, and coincides with what I am seeing myself. Thanks 
for Explaining that to me.

It's only cause You're trying to remember, It will come to You when You are 
not thinking of it.. 8-)  But to be honest, I believe I know what You mean, 
and it's the same one I think which they say causes HBP in some etc. Which is 
why the high insulin spikes are no good either.
