It hasn't come up often. The two would have to argue it out, and if
necessary present their case to the mail movers to find out who those
folks would recognize as moderator. Sounds like a lot of unncessary
hassle and effort to me -- and could have been easily avoided by the
person who started the echo.
Like I have said many times, if a moderator chooses to ignore the
Elist then that moderator is responsible for whatever consequences
arise as a result of that.
