let's also not forget that it may take a few weeks (or longer) for new
systems to show up in the nodelist even though they may be getting echomail
and such... one of the first systems i was associated with was not listed
in the nodelist for several months but we were all very active... in fact,
the only available archivial nodelist from that period is a Z2 nodelist
that doesn't show that system until over six months after it was listed in
the Z1 nodelist...
