Well now, that explains everything then.

SA> The above is a bit conflicting at least in 4 spots.

SA> know about it yet then you say those who do don't think
SA> we could find out. First you admit its hard to prove
SA> then bottom you say its easy to detect? Confusion.

No confusion. If you know what you are doing, it is simple
but time consuming to not be detected. It is easy to detect
when a mistake is made. When an inconsistency is seen
and a pattern is confirmed.

SA> I may be wrong and Dev could jump in here but I believe he

SA> again difficult to prove or study.

No, you are wrong, you wouldn't have to do a check but maybe
every 4 to 6 hours and only when a board is suspected of that
kind of activity. A check like that , heck I could do it on the
road using my ppc hooked to a cellphone.

SA> Should you unfairly kick a board out for valid
 SA> problems?
SA> No. I definitely disagree with your belief there.

Why? If they can't get their shit together that game, then it
would give them time without pressure to get it together
next game.

SA> In the above case its been so long i forget the exact
 SA> details.

Yea, it probably did fade from memory quickly since it was
so much easier for Hoover to just make up lies when we left.

SA> me the proof. How? Show me the board is indeed up
 SA> and
SA> players are in bre and can login but can't say send
SA> mail. Then we'll deal with that board as a possible
SA> cheater. Till then hard to prove.

What is the problem? Check their mail server, if it is working
then it is a problem with the board. If the board is having problems
and it is disrupting your game, then sit them out of the game and
they can try again next game. End of problem.

SA> Did you prove a board was fiddling with mail or such? No.
SA> It was simply text in a post. We couldn't prove it
 SA> nor could you.

Why do you wish to be sent duplicate information? The proof
we had showing this, you already had, you just didn't want to
look.

SA> captures of such discrepacies? No. unfournately not
 SA> to my knowledge.

They weren't holding packets.
