 In my experience as a Spitfire sysop for 14 years (shut it down a bit
 over a year ago, due to a lack of callers.  Yes, I was steadfastly
 dial-up only), the only way to overcome the 99 line limit is/was to use
 an off-line mail door (such as Lakota), and BWave to read/reply with.
