Ok, first problem is that this won't install, because:

This fixpack is intended for OS/2 versions 3.01,3.0,2.11,2.1 only !

BTW, when is the first fixpack for OS/2 4.0 going to be officially
released?  I was told how to get a beta version of the fixpack from the
OS/2 BBS, but I am a bit worried about using unreleased stuff, for when I
later on wish to report a bug.
