   Sorry -- but you are wrong.   The relevant listings are below, all
   from ELIST805.TXT which was published on 23 May 1998.

  Nope, both BM and Ward entered the same multiple tags -- as you can
  see below. FWIW, the previous issue of EchoList (ELIST804.TXT) had
  only Bob Moravsik's pair of listings, entered on 4 April 1998.   Ward
  entered his into Peter's list six days later.  Only one of those tags
  was ever associated with an echo in distribution.
