Hello All!

It has been brought to my attention the request to allow league add's in
the echo.  I will allow league add's in the echo as long as they meet the
following criteria..

1- League that advertise must be running at least one Solar Realm game(s)

2- Leagues are not to advertise more than once every calander week.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask them.
